This unit is an integrative unit with small teams of participants (where possible, from different areas of specialisation and education systems) working together to develop an in-depth proposal for a futures scenario for some aspect of Catholic education nationally and internationally. The project will demonstrate the integration of research, current relevant literature and cooperative development around a specific, relevant issue in contemporary Catholic schooling which is problematic, unresolved and undeveloped. Teams will work with a designated staff member (coach) across the duration of the project. The final project will be presented at the end of the program and critiqued by other participants. It is anticipated that the quality of the projects will make them suitable for system implementation and academic publication.
