EFTSL value of units: All 10cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must:
- have completed a Bachelor degree in Paramedicine (or equivalent);
OR - have completed a Graduate Certificate in Paramedicine.
- Provide evidence of engagement with an Ambulance Service, in a paid or voluntary capacity, either currently or within the last 5 years.
2. Completion Requirements
To qualify for the Graduate Diploma in Paramedicine, a student must complete 80 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings:
- 50 cp Paramedicine Units;
- 20 cp Core Units;
AND
For Coursework Stream: - 10 cp Interdisciplinary Elective Unit.
For Research Stream: - 10 cp Research Stream Units.
