Teaching Organisation 3 hours per week for twelve weeks or equivalent.

This unit will show students how to create and assess value through the application of strategic tools such as value chain analysis, costing, project management and performance measurement. It builds on concepts from the Ethics and Governance subject, the Financial Risk Management and Advanced Audit and Assurance units. This unit will assist students in developing their abilities to develop, implement and monitor strategy.
