EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
International applicants must also meet the English language proficiency requirements as defined in the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed a Bachelor degree.
2. Requirements for Completion of the Graduate Certificate
2.1 To qualify for the Graduate Certificate, a student must complete 40 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of.
- 20 cp from Education Units; and
20 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings.
or - 10 cp Education Units; and
10 cp from Research Units; and
20 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings
2.2 To qualify for the Graduate Certificate with a named specialisation, a student must complete 40 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 20 cp from Education Units; and
20 cp from one cognate Specialisation;
or - 10 cp from Education Units; and
10 cp from Research Units; and
20 cp from one cognate Specialisation;
or - 40 cp from one Specialisation (eg Career Development, TESOL or Specialisation for a sponsored cohort) as determined by the Course Coordinator and approved by the Executive Dean.
