EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites:
- Bachelor degree or AQF qualification level 7 or above in any discipline; and
- At least three years managerial and/or professional experience.
- In special circumstances, applicants who do not meet any of the above requirements but who have a sound and sufficient basis for application can apply directly to the Course Coordinator. Applicants must provide a portfolio demonstrating that their knowledge, experience, and skills are such that they are likely to succeed in the program.
2. Completion Requirements
2.1 To qualify for the degree, a student must complete 80 cp comprising:
- 20 cp from Core Units including HLSC605;
- at least 50 cp from Specified Units including two HLSC Units; and
- up to 10 cp from Elective Units from the Schedule of Unit Offerings for the Master of Business Administration (Health).
3. Exit Points
A student who has completed the requirements prescribed for the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Health) may exit from the course with the relevant award by arrangement with the Course Coordinator.
