1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level, or equivalent:

Prerequisites: English.
Queensland
Prerequisites: English (4, SA).
Victoria
Prerequisites: Units 3 and 4 – a study score of at least 30 in English (ESL) or 25 in any other English.
2. Definitions
"Major": A major is 80 cp from prescribed units as outlined in the Requirements for the Completion of the Pass Degree.
"Combined Major"*: 120 cp from prescribed units.
*A combined major is available only in Accounting and Commercial Law.
3. Requirements for completion of the degree
To qualify for the Pass degree, a student must complete 240 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 100 cp from Core Units;
- 20 cp from University Core Units;
- 80 cp from the relevant Major;
- 40 cp from Electives chosen from other units listed in the Schedule;
- BIPX100 Professional Experience A
- 100 cp from Core Units;
- 20 cp from University Core Units;
- 80 cp from the the Marketing Major including 20cp from specified Marketing electives;
- 40 cp from Electives chosen from other units listed in the Schedule;
- BIPX100 Professional Experience A
- 100 cp from Core Units;
- 20 cp from University Core Units;
- 90 cp from the relevant Major;
- 30 cp from Electives chosen from other units listed in the Schedule;

4. Progression within the Course
