1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules.
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed:
- a Bachelor degree in a Health Discipline
OR
- the Graduate Diploma in Mental Health or Graduate Certificate in Mental Health or equivalent
2. Completion Requirements
To qualify for the degree of Master of Mental Health, a student must complete the following:
120 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings comprising:
- For Coursework Stream:
- 90 cp of Core units
- 30 cp of Elective units
Or
- For Dissertation Stream:
- 70 cp from Core units
- 50cp from Dissertation units
Graduate Diploma in Mental Health 80 cp
Duration: 1 year full-time or equivalent part-time
Graduate Certificate in Mental Health 40 cp
Duration: 1 year part-time
