6. Quality Assurance

Quality assurance should occur at both the course and the unit level. Faculties will oversee and assure the quality of all courses and units and the appropriateness and quality of assessment in those courses and units, and undertake moderation and benchmarking, in accordance with Table 5.

  1. Ensure there is an appropriate and varied range of assessment types, mapped across the course, that are developmental, especially in relation to academic literacy the University graduate attributes and their English language capabilities.
