EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must also comply with the Admission Rules.
To be eligible to apply for admission to the honours degree course, a student must have completed, within the last five years, a Bachelor degree including:
- an accredited three year sequence in psychology;
- at least a credit average across all units of the pass degree;
- distinction level or above in at least 4 second and third year psychology units; and
- at least a pass in the prerequisites for units to be undertaken in the honours degree.
2. Completion Requirements
To qualify for the honours degree a student must, in addition to satisfying the requirements of the pass degree, complete 80 cp from the Schedule of Honours Units, consisting of:
- 70 cp from Core Units;
- 10 cp from Electives.
