11. Saving Clause
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Regulations an Executive Dean may, in any case deemed appropriate, vary, dispense with or suspend any requirements of or prescription in these Regulations. Any such action by an Executive Dean must be reported to the Chair of Academic Board annually.
