Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Leadership (Pakistan)

EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.

1. Admission Requirements1

To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have satisfied the following prerequisites:

  1. a four year bachelor degree in Education; or
  2.  
    1. a two year bachelor degree in Arts, Science or Commerce;
    2. a Pakistan bachelor degree in Education or a International Graduate Certificate in Education (IGCE); and
    3. at least three years experience in the field of Education;
    or
  3.  
    1. a Pakistan master’s degree in any discipline;
    2. at least three year experience in an educational leadership position or six year experience in the field of education; and
    3. provision of evidence of professional knowledge, skill and continuous professional development.

2. Requirements for Completion of the Postgraduate Certificate

To qualify for the Postgraduate Certificate, a student must complete 40 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:

  1. 20 cp from Core Units;
  2. 20 cp from Specialist Units.
