1. Admission Requirements1
To gain entry to the course a person must apply for admission and be offered a place in the course. Candidates must have completed:
- a four year Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent and one years teaching experience; or
- a Bachelor degree or equivalent in an area other than education plus a Graduate Diploma in Education or a Graduate Certificate in a field of education2 or another appropriate field of study, together with appropriate professional experience.
2. Requirements for Completion of the Degree
To qualify for the degree, a student must complete 160 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 20 cp from Research Units;
- 140 cp from the Thesis.
