Teaching Organisation 4 hours per week for twelve weeks or equivalent.
This unit provides the first in depth study of management accounting, which is one of the core streams in the study of accounting. It presents an essential set of concepts, skills and techniques for accounting majors. Building on other core units it provides a knowledge base applicable to all potential managers in organisations, and therefore is relevant to students undertaking other majors in Business.
