EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Admission Requirements1
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed a Bachelor degree, completed not less than three years previously, and professional experience in business or health care.
2. Requirements for Completion of the Degree
2.1 To qualify for the degree, a student must complete 120 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 20 cp from Core Units;
- 100 cp from Electives.
2.2 A candidate who has:
- completed postgraduate studies in ethics or the equivalent; and
- at least three years’ relevant experience;
3. Exit Point
3.1 The Graduate Diploma in Arts (Applied Ethics) is available only as an exit point from the Master’s degree.
3.2 A student who has completed the following requirements may exit from the course with the Graduate Diploma in Arts (Applied Ethics):
80 cp from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:
- 20 cp from Core Units;
- 60 cp from Electives.
