EFTSL value of units: All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.
1. Requirements for Completion of the Degree
1.1 The degree may be taken with a specialisation in either Design Studio in Graphic and Multi-Media Design, or Studio Practice in 2D/3D Object Design.
1.2 To qualify for the degree, a student must complete 80 cp, consisting of:
- 20 cp from Core Units; and
- 60 cp from Electives in the student’s chosen specialisation.
1.3 An applicant who has completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Visual Arts and Design or Postgraduate Diploma in Visual Arts and Design or equivalent may be granted advanced standing.
2. Exit Points
A student who has completed the requirements prescribed for the Postgraduate Certificate in Visual Arts and Design or Postgraduate Diploma in Visual Arts and Design may exit with the relevant award.
