Minimum duration:   1 year full-time or equivalent part-time.

CERTIFICATE IN VISUAL ARTS AND DESIGN (Exit qualification only)

CertVAD

40 cp

Minimum duration:   6 months full-time or equivalent part-time.

EFTSL value of units:   All 10 cp units in this course have an EFTSL value of 0.125. Units with a cp value of a multiple of 10 have corresponding EFTSL values.

 

1.          REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPLETION OF THE DIPLOMA

To qualify for the Diploma, a student must complete 80 cp from Part A and Part B of the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:

 

Australian students: 80 cp from Part A and Part B Electives;

International students: 20 cp from Core units and 60 cp from Electives, consisting of:

(a)     30 cp from Part A Electives; and

(b)    30 cp from Part B Electives.

 

2.                   EXIT POINT

A student who has completed the following requirements may exit from the course with the Certificate in Visual Arts and Design.

 

40cp from Part A of the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:

Australian students: 40 cp from Electives;

International students: 10 cp from the Core unit and 30 cp from Electives.
